1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88bn platform and its users. By accessing or using this website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (user ID and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including use by any third party.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.
• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.

Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 88bn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Source of Funds

4.4 Failed Deposits

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

88bn offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time may not be permitted unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to bet on all games — restrictions apply to certain games and bet types.
• 88bn reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If there is any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms, the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The 88bn VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Through regular play, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits are applied automatically at no cost.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when confirmed by the 88bn system. Bets accepted due to a technical error may be cancelled afterwards. The stake for any cancelled bet will be refunded.

6.2 Finality of Results

Game results are determined by 88bn's server logs, which are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, the server record will be considered authoritative.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Markets and odds presented in the sports betting section may change without notice. If the outcome of a specific event is cancelled or suspended, the related bet may be voided and the stake returned.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by server downtime, connection loss, or other technical problems, 88bn will act in accordance with its established policy. 88bn is not responsible for a user's internet connection loss.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players to create artificial outcomes.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Operating an account using a fake or another person's identity.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Conducting fraudulent payment transactions (such as making chargeback claims).
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or environment to collect bonuses.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 88bn

88bn may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit required documents.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User
